For 2 days now I've been on the 03world gel pill they call form. I've had also 2 pieces of chocolates that I ordered with my package. I think they gave me the healthy chocolate because my order got mixed up and I needed to get my credit card in place correctly. Well, with that little set back, I've started and will let you know how things work. I weighted in yesterday at 200 by a nurse who visited me at work for a term life insurance I was signing up with.
The first day I had my pill just before lunch time and ate just a few bites of chicken and Indian spinach sauce. (leftovers) And, yesterday I ate an 2 apples and some chocolate at lunch then a medium size Korean noodle bowl from trader joes by Annie Chun around 4:30. I didn't eat during the morning or lunch much due to my blood and urine test. TMI
